Sale of Towercom
Edel Conway of OCWM Law LLP (Corporate) and Eithne Friel of Friel Meehan & Associates Limited (Tax) were pleased to advise on the sale by certain shareholders of their interests in Towercom Limited as part of the acquisition by the John Laing Group of Towercom from Infrabridge, the infrastructure manager of the Irish Infrastructure Fund.
